But lets talk about what really has solidified this amazing man as a Father, Husband, Friend and Major Entrepreneur. After coming in contact with admired mentor “David Shands”, who is also the founder of the clothing brand “Sleep is 4 Suckers,” it became apparent that destiny had finally taken its course and brought him into the hands of the best people to partner and build with. He was given the opportunity to film David as he engaged and embarked on his public speaking career. In 2017 Brandon, David and Jenea officially “tied the knot” and joined hands in business, creating a 6 figure coaching program dedicated to helping new and established businesses individually progress within their field to become great.
There are currently over 100 members within the program, and like Brandon, these amazing people have a passion for more that he is devoted to fulfilling. Along with the program, “The Entrepreneurship Complex” was also opened up. This content studio was designed for small business owners and entrepreneurs, giving them a place to expand and dive deep into the creative ways to streamline and grow their business. Christopher King is a global thought leader, peace advocate, life strategist, CEO of Gentlemen’s Courses Inc. and State President for United for Human Rights Florida. The Gentlemen’s Courses Inc. was funded by King to assists human rescues that have been victimized by human trafficking to regain social and basic life engagement. Through his work, the Gentlemen’s Course Inc. educates youth and adults around the world about principles that are non-violent and ways to protect themselves as well as protect other humans. Under his leadership, The Gentlemen’s Course Inc. has directly impacted and reached 750,000 globally with projects in USA, Ghana, Guinea, Sierra Leone and Zambia.
King received the Presidents Volunteer Services Awards from different United States Presidents.

Vernel Smith was born and raised in Haines City where he spent most of his formative years. He is a class of 2000 graduate from Haines City High School. Vernel received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Barry University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Vernel and Markeishia are the proud parents of 3 boys ages 10, 14, and 19. He is currently a residential and commercial real estate agent.
Vernel has a proven history in leadership and an unmatched passion for those who protect and serve our community. As a former deputy with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Vernel is the embodiment of service with integrity, compassion, accountability, and professionalism. Vernel is also a former district manager of a fortune 500 restaurant, where he managed vast territories and handled robust economic budgets. His prior work experience has equipped him to handle the city’s budget and ensure that the city makes decisions that are fiscally responsible. Vernel is a community leader. As a former youth athletics coach, he has fostered positive teachings and instilled a determination to never give up in the lives of the youth he coached.
Vernel is a graduate of the 2022 Northeast Chamber Adult Leadership Class XII. The experience centered on bringing together a group of informed, proactive, talented, and resourceful leaders to take initiative in community involvement. Together they toured the county and visited businesses in the agricultural, industrial, tourism industries, local and county government and more. It has been a lifelong goal for Vernel to serve his community. If given the opportunity he will work to create a brighter Haines City.

Despite this, we regret to inform you that Bossfest cannot issue refunds for any reason.
